Account deletion

Walkrix lets signed-in users request deletion of their account and associated data from inside the app.

You must be signed in to the same Walkrix account that you want to delete.

How to request deletion

  1. Open the Walkrix app.
  2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  3. Go to Settings.
  4. Open Data Deletion.
  5. Review the request details and submit the in-app deletion request.

What will be deleted

  • Authentication account details tied to the requested account.
  • Profile data stored for the account.
  • Step history, daily stats, Strix balance, and wallet ledger records tied to the account.
  • Reward and redemption request records associated with the account.

Retention and processing

  • Deletion requests are processed through the Walkrix privacy workflow.
  • Requests are typically handled within 30 days.
  • Limited records may be retained for a longer period when required for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or subscription dispute obligations.

Partial data deletion

Walkrix does not currently offer a separate public form for deleting only part of an account's data without also requesting account deletion.
